Planetary Colony
The first structure on every inhabited planet. Its main purpose is to provide housing to settlers and generate culture points.
Requirements
Provided the empire culture Level is high enough, several (3-8) Colonial Spaceships need to be employed to establish a new colony. The amount of required spaceships depends on the planet type.
