The Planet Control Center optimizes the planet's infrastructure, making it more efficient. The number of structures you can add to your construction queue increases every three levels.

Requirements

In order to build a Planet Control Center, Planet Control Center research has to be finished. Furthermore, the planet you build it on must have a Planetary Colony of at least level 3.
