Hyperspace Scanner
This building detects the number of enemy units and resources in asteroid systems as well as nearby space anomalies and comets. The scanning range is 6 at scanner level 1 and rises to 24 in buildings level 10.
Detection radius of scanners on one planet stack, while scanners on different planets of the same system DONT stack. A system including a planet with two level 10 scanners will have a range of 48 even if there is another scanner on another planet of the system. Thus one planet with 4 Hyperspace Scanners can easily provide detection for a whole cluster.
In-game Description
The Hyperspace Scanner lets you detect the number of enemy units and resources in asteroid systems. In addition, it detects space anomalies in hyperspace near your system. Its radius of scanning expands with each next level.
Requirements
No Technologies are needed to construct a Hyperspace Scanner.
In order to build a Hyperspace Scanner on a planet, its Planetary Colony must be at least level 3.
